Hearing Birdhouse in Your Soul -- They Might Be Giants
Let's bring back the basics with this Monday Photo Shoot:
Your Monday Photo Shoot: Take a picture of something beginning with the letter "B". That shouldn't be too brain-busting, right?

Having said that this Photo Shoot shouldn't be too brain-busting, I want you all to appreciate how much effort I went through to take a picture of this bumblebee in flight. First off, the little bug wasn't exactly holding still, and my camera's automatic focus capabilities are not quite up to "flitting insect" speed. I had to rotate my camera's focus ring manually! Like a common troll! I was also shooting it through an upstairs window, from a distance. Oh, the trials I went through. But that's the nice thing about digital cameras, isn't it. You can just keep shooting and shooting until you get the one shot that works. That would be this one. It's a bumblebee!
You're up -- Bring into view something that starts with "B." Take your shot, post it on your blog or journal, and then come back here to leave a link. I'm sure these pictures will be bold, bright and beautiful.
