Your Heartwarming Cat Related Story for Friday

Paramedics save cat after a fire. Yes, if you're a cat person, you'll get all weepy (if you're not, maybe you'll, I don't know, roll your eyes or something). I thought it was a sweet story, in any event, which is why I'm sharing it with you.

This is wonderful & not unusual. The paramedics & cops for the most part have AMAZING hearts! That is why they got into this profession, and why they are perfect for it. Yes, some get burned out or their hearts harden do to politics, not feeling they make a difference etc just like other professions, but the large majority are WONDERFUL.

I've also seen where a mother cat went into a burning building like 7 times to save her kittens & the paramedics treated all of them & the outcry for adopting them was just amazing. All God's creatures are worthy & you know if they didn't do this their would be a slam on the parmedics & police department. Heck, look how well the Animal Cop show does on TV. I can't imagine seeing that kind of abuse everyday & not getting so pissed at people, but as one of my cop friends said who worked in child abuse, if I do get pissed & punch the dad (or someone out) then the child goes back & I'm not about to let that happen.

That is a sweet story, since I am a cat lover. I've also heard of paramedics saving dogs and puppies too & I think that's a good thing, especially when all the humans have been taken care of.        However, the guy in the E.R. mentioned in the previous comment wouldn't have been treated by the paramedics anyway...the E.R. doctor would see to him.    Linda in Washington state  http://journals.aol.com/lsfp1960/LindasWorld/

Meanwhile, there's some guy sitting in the waiting room at the hospital with a spike through his hand, but everyone's working on the cat.
