Hearing Give a Little Bit -- Supertramp
Last week's Weekend Assignment asked folks to share the songs that help them rock out (even if they weren't actually rock songs). Below is a playlist based on some of those selections -- click through the links for even more songs.
"Heavy Fuel" by Dire Straits
"The Middle" by Jimmy Eat World
"Crawling" by Linkin Park
Apparently anything reggae
"Elevation" by U2
"Firestarter" by Prodigy
"(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" by the Rolling Stones
"Sheena Is A Punk Rocker" by the Ramones.
"Kerosene" by Miranda Lambert
Mmmm... adrenalicious! Thanks everyone for the music and for participating.

"Kerosene" was the first country song I've listened to entirely in like 10 years. Cool video.

I would go with "Going out in a blaze of glory" by The Alarm, or "No Feelings" by The Sex Pistols.
