Summer is coming and I'm woefully unprepared for it: Athena is going to be home a lot of time, so if I'm going to get any work done (and I'm going to need to), I'm going to have to find her ways to keep occupied while I am trying to get some work done. So this might come in handy: 94 Ways to Keep Kids Busy for the Work at Home Parent. Not all of these are going to apply to my situation (some of the suggestions are for kids younger than my own), but the ones that do will be useful.
While I'm having a kid at home for most of the day, I guess this will be useful, too: 20 Productive Ways to Use a Little Bit of Free Time. Because maybe I'll have bits and pieces of free time, here and there, you know? Maybe.
How many of you will have the kids home for most of the summer?
