Hearing Nothing at the moment
Before I get to the photos from at an angle from this week's Photo Shoot, I'm saddened to announce an untimely demise:

Yes, the sunflower from my picture on Monday met a messy end -- not, as expected, from the weight of its own sunflowers, but because last night we had an immense electrical storm, complete with hailstones, and I believe the hailstones pummeled the stalk to the ground. I looked out my office window this morning and didn't see the sunflower, came down and saw in prone in the garden. Very sad.
I plan to console myself with the excellent picture people provided of things on an angle, such as:
Hills and barns
A branch with the (almost) last leaf
Turtles and cannonballs
A long explanation for the slopes in these photos
A rocky shore
Post office angles
Rollercoasters!
Deer on a hill
A dragonfly perch
Houses on hills
Bikes and spider webs
What lovely photos. Just what I needed to get over The Sunflower Incident. Thank you, one and all.
