Hearing Mr. Brightside -- The Killers
For those of you going off to college -- or sending someone off to college: 18 Overlooked Things Everyone Should Bring to College. From ear plugs to air fresheners (good catch, that), it's all the stuff you didn't remember to remember that you'll need.
Personally, the article had me with this line: "In college, one encounters a variety of problems; duct tape can be a viable solution to many." Looking back, I realize just how true this statement is.

When I was younger we used to say that if it couldn't be fixed with duct tape and bailing twine it couldn't be fixed <LOL>

Also, kids. Don't forget a laser-pointer, a photocell and a cord from an old pair of headphones so you can make a laser microphone. It's a BIG help if your dorm room is near your classroom and you don't want to get out of bed.
