The Year Long Cheese Course

See, this is what the Web is for. Someone decides that they're going to sample a different type of cheese every day of the year for a whole year -- and then posts reviews of each cheese online. The name of the site? 365Cheeses.com, of course!

I love this site, because I'm a big fan of cheese, but even so, I'm aware that my own cheese experience has been pretty limited. I've hit all the "big" cheeses, so to speak, but have I ever had a Cornish Yarg? Or a Cambozola? Or a Strachitunt? Alas, no. Perhaps I should correct that.

What the most unusual cheese you've ever had?

When I lived in Wisconsin ... I always thought that I could do a good job as "Alice-in-Dairyland".  I LOVE DAIRY PRODUCTS/CHEESE!
Here's an idea for input ... "If you were to be on a desert island for the rest of your life ... what ONE food would you choose to eat FOREVER?".
        My answers would be:
    "Tucky Fried Chicken
    CHEESE
    GIN

    LOIS

But I thought Boys were cutting the cheese all the time! And blaming it on elephants (see Bill Cosby's "Himself" concert!)

I once asked my brother why all the football players were laughing coming up from a tackle during a game in HS. He said "Damn Geese" you guys will blame it on anything! HA!I still crack up with that one.
