Hearing Nothing at the moment

The Mental Floss Web site offers up some Manly Turkey Recipes for Thanksgiving, including Beer Can Turkey (which, on the face of it, doesn't sound particularly appealing) and Bacon Turkey (which, as you can see from the picture above, really does), and, of course, Turducken. I'm not sure what makes them manly, other than most women are probably smart enough just to cook the damn turkey without resorting to beer cans, but, hey, if there's bacon involved, I'm in.

Well, yes to the suffing and cranberry, Stacy, but not bacon. That said, I make sausage stuffing, so who am I to judge?

by next week we will all be sick of turkey...lol

I may be getting regional here, but a turkey sandwich should have either bacon or stuffing/cranberry.
I actually cook meatloaf with bacon on it like that. I have a giant husband.

Seems like someone underestimated the level of control a piece of bacon has over certain people.
