Jodi Ann Centonze then signs the property, from her ex-husband, to Kristl Lee Watson. The deed is filed August 14, 1995. (Book 9076, Page 2250)
Jodi Ann Centonze then gives her brother, Steven A. Centonze, a deed to Unit 201 Bld 2 at Bradford Acres Condo PH1, The deed is filed August 1, 1996. (Book 9420, Page 2330)

Michael Schiavo states under oath, in his 1999 deposition, that
1.He had lived at the 2027 Warwick Drive address with Jodi Centonze.And,
2. "prior" to that he lived with Jodi Centonze "at her house" At 2114 Poinciana Dr, Clearwater FL 33760-1917, in the High Point Subdivision. (Jodi Centonze's mother, Eleanor I. Centonze, lived in the same subdivision at 2163 Poinciana Dr. Clearwater Fl 33760-1918)
According to searches I did on March 17, 2006 on the Pinellas Records Clerk of the Circuit Court Officials site:

Jodi A. Centonze received a deed for the property at 31 Warwick Hills. The deed was filed on August 7, 1995.( Book 9070, Page 883)
Jodi Ann Centonze then signs the property, from her ex-husband, to Kristl Lee Watson. The deed is filed August 14, 1995. (Book 9076, Page 2250)

Jodi A. Centonze deed the property at 31 Warwick Hills to Matthew McManus and his wife. The deed was filed on January 13, 1999.(Book 10371, Page 604)
Roland Fox and Majory Diamond deed the property at 2807 Marrie Court, Clearwater, FL 33761 to Jodi Ann Centonze.
According to the Pinnellas County Property Appraiser's web site:
1. The house and property at 2807 Marrie Court, Clearwater FL 33761-3837 sold for $205,000.00 in April, 1999.
2. The house and property 'sold' again in July 2006 for $44,700.00, when Michael R. and Jodi A. Schiavo's names were put on deed as owners.
Note: The property was in Jodi Centonze's name. But according to Michael Schiavo so was the house they had built in 1995.
According to Michael Schiavo [Terri:the Truth, page 112] " In 1995, Jodi and I built a house in Oldsmar. I had money from the malpractice award, and Jodi sold her house and the rental properties she owned. We put the new house in her name. No contracts between us,nothing..."
When Michael Schiavo was asked where he lived prior to living with Jodi Centonze at 2027 Warwick Drive,Oldsmar FL 34677 :

It looks like, Schiavo lived with Jodi at "her house" at 2114 Poinciana Dr.
Clearwater FL 33760-1917. Right next door, or very close to Eleanor Centonze . Jodi's mom (and his future mother-in-law).
For those who don't know, (the late)Eleanor Centonze was employed in the civil division of the sheriff's department from June 18, 1979 until June 25, 1999 (11 years while EverettRice was sheriff and at the time her daughter's boyfriend,Michael Schiavo, petitioned Rice's friend Judge George Greer for permission to end his disabled wife Terri's life by starvation /dehydration.
Note: Sheriff Rice hired Michael Schiavo to work at the Pinellas jail just weeks after he(Rice) had allegedly "unlawfully" let the prestige of his office and the resources of the Sheriff's department in endorsement of the reelection of Judge George Greer in a televised political advertisement.
But wait!
On July 1,1996, Jodi Centonze signed an Application for Approval for Sale. She was asking approval to sale her condo at 2154 Bradford St., Unit 201, Clearwater FL 34620 to her brother Michael D. Centonze. On the application, Jodi Centonze put as her personal references:
1. Scott Blough (her ex-husband)
2. John Stepniak
3. Mike Schiavo 12190 66th Ave N Seminole Fl.(Schiavo's parents' address)
There is an old saying that someone should have remind Jodi and Michael Schiavo of. It goes like this "Oh, what an evil web one weaves when he/she practices to deceive."
Michael schiavo and Jodi Ann Centonze both used the malpractice money ,with the blessing of the Greer Court.
It seems that Schiavo lied more than once on his depositions when he was asked "Michael, where do you live?"
It's a shame that by following the money trail in the Terri Schiavo Case one ends up at Jodi and Michael Schiavo's house.

How could anyone deed over the same property to different people on two different occasions? Something just doesn't make sense. On the application for the condo, Centonze lists his employer as Zoomies. A search for this zoomies raises some very strange questions!
