Here is an example of my Master Schedule below.  The times of the day that are listed as Daily scheduled time are for my daily chores, playtime with my daughter, activities, exercise or whatever projects I'm working on. 

6:00 am - Wake, Shower, Dress

6:25 am - Begin cooking breakfast 

                making coffee and wake husband

6:45 am - Breakfast at the table with hubby

7:00-8:00 am - Clean up kitchen and make bed; Brush 

                         teeth

8:00-9:00 am - Bible reading and Prayer time for me and

                        quiet time 

9:00-11:00 am - Wake daughter and get her dressed and fed some breakfast; Daily scheduled time (different schedule for each day)

11-12 am - Lunch

12-5:00 pm - Daily scheduled time, daughter's nap

5:00 pm - Get daughter and myself ready for planned

                night activities

6:00 pm - Dinner with family at table

9:00 pm - Prepare husband's lunches for next day and

                finish Chores

9:30 pm - Prepare daughter and myself for bed, brush

                teeth, etc

10:00 pm - Sleep!
