~Schedule Time Again!~
Changing things back to what they were a few months ago and seeing if this is going to help me more. I was staying up late doing my classwork but it has messed with body chemistry somehow, so I am now going to try and go back to my old routine. So here is how it is going so far:
530am Wake
535-6am Devotional time/reading
6-630am Walk/Running outside
630-7 Breakfast, make hubby's lunch
The rest I'm not sure on yet.........
