Week 1, Day 1

 

Thank God for a new year and a fresh start!  It feels so good to close the book on 2006 and LEAVE it in the PAST! 

My goal is to reach my goal by May 1st........watch me do it!!

 

Breakfast: 

1 egg with 2t salsa and 1t ff sour cream

1 large apple

1 cup light vanilla soymilk

 

Lunch:

1/2 6 inch wheat sub (Subway club) with veggies and mustard

1/2 slice pepperjack cheese

10 oz vegetable beef soup

 

After workout snack:

3/4 scoop strawberry protein powder

1 cup light vanilla soymilk

1/2 banana

 

Dinner:

1 piece of homemade ww cornbread

3/4 c baked beans

 

Snack:

Other half of Subway sub

 

Snack:

Bean and cheese burrito

2T salsa

2T FF sour cream

 

Since it has been a while since I last worked out, I only did 20 minutes of high intensity cardio.
