Week 1, Day 4
Can we say a little busy? That was today! What did I do? I went out of the house to run my errands with NO plans of what to eat and didn't take nothing with me. So you can imagine what happened as the day went on and I felt the hunger pangs............
I headed to McDonald's!!!!!!!!! ![]()
Ok so I had already started off my day wrong. What was I to do? Well I added up all the calories and told myself that I was just going to have a coffee until tonight after church. I did it......I made it all day on that 1 McD's meal and coffee. So I DID NOT go over my daily calories, which right now are 1650. The meal was almost 1,000 and my coffee was 180, so I still had calories left over for my snack tonight, which was a burrito with FF sour cream and salsa and some chips and light soymilk.
Not the best nutrionally sound day but at least I didn't go over my calorie limit! We have to rejoice in the positives!!!!!!!! Can I get an AMEN??? 
This is actually one of the best weeks I've had in a very long time! You just can't believe how good this year is going for me! Just need my eating to get better consistently and it will all be good!!
However I think I have figured out a solution:

That was a joke, you can laugh now friends!!!! HEHE......

I was just cracking up reading your post! Hey...whatever works right? No, the meal may not have been full of all the healthiest things but you sacrificed the rest of the day for that meal.
I was very interested at all the supplements you take! Wow! I haven't taken any in ages. I do need to though.
