~Challenges~

 

I made it through the 2 weeks of no fast food!!!!!!! I still have not had any of it so I guess I will continue on for a month!! ; ) Why not? I'm losing more and I feel "cleaner" inside.....



Also new challenge was set today. Me and another sister from church that lives near me are going to go running every morning EARLY for 30 minutes. We are going to try and keep this up as long as we can......some days we will just walk but for the most part it will be running. We walked half today and then ran the rest and it feels great.......the weight should really fall off quicker now!
