~Update~

Sorry its been a while since I've updated this journal!  I've been updating my Christian Homemaker journal more often than this one.  I would update both but I'm limiting my time online because I have other things that need to be taken care of and the internet can become addicting if you let it!!  Anyway.....when I'm on, I will most likely post more to my Christian Homemaker journal than this one but I will update this one with weight loss and things of that sort!

I did my walk/run every day this past week!  It felt great too to get my schedule changed around.  I'm only doing Mon-Fri, so didn't go today but I'm so busy with things around the house that I'm sure I'm compensating for it. 

I did the "No Fast Food" challenge for 3 weeks and then last night had a burger/fries from McD's and let me tell you.......I felt sick after the 3rd bite!  It wasn't even pleasing to my taste buds anymore......my body was rejecting it also. 

My weight has been up a few pounds since I started walking/running everyday but that is normal after a workout for me.  However my legs are getting smaller......so that is good!  I'm going to add in weight training this coming week along with my 30 minutes walk/run's and that should speed things up even more so.
