Oh, sweet redemption for Rex Grossman. I have been hearing a lot of F Rex! F the Bears, FU! lately especially in comments on this here blog. Now, I am not going to put anyone on blast, but I will direct you to my comment section on a blog post done about Rex one week ago. I am assuming some of those commenters are feeling pretty stupid right about.... now (right Fish?)

Tonight, on national TV, with his job hanging in the balance, Rex came out and produced. He was Sexy Rexy once again. Now, he didn't throw for 500 yards and had a great amount of help from Devin Hester (who people were hating on for being a second-round pic). Rex simply controlled the offense and threw for 200 yards and 2 scores, but most importantly, regained his confidence and the respect and confidence of teammates.

Chicago clinched a first-round bye and the next three games are against teams with nine combined wins. So all the haters out there will get a chance to see Brian Griese play.. in garbage time. For now I will leave you with a lasting image of Sexy Rex getting his party on, probably like he will be tonight, but he will be substituting nitrous balloons for Paris Hilton.. And as always, feel free to leave comments apologizing for hating on the crown prince of the Bears ... well offense at least.

  Rex did play better, but he's no Tim Rattay.  I feel stupid all the time anyways.
