Spent Christmas in Nebraska, with family. We arrived several days after the Ice Storm. My sister in Ravenna was unable to get to work, and her electricity had been out for 3 days.

Talked to my sister this morning, an other ice storm arrived there over the weekend. They lost power Saturday night. They were able to get to Kearney to buy a generator. They also stopped at our baby sisters house, to shower and do some laundry. As of this morning she was still without electricity, and probably won't until Friday.
We have been VERY lucky, so far. Yesterday we had a 50 degree day, and expect the same warm weather today. Enjoying this while it lasts, a cold front is forecast for the weekend.
