ALL the reporters at this site who are ignored the CLEAR abuses of power by Federal Justice system by Judges Arthur J. Schwab, and William Caldwell and US Attorney Mary Beth Buchanan that I've been railing about on POLITICO for nearly a year and are available on on-line.

 

It's a nice day. Maybe I'll go out back and blow my brains out. That ought to make all these people and the Politico censors happy.

I called US Marshall Jon Gallagher about this, but like similar calls I've made, he didn't return it.

Just more evidence of how incompentant and biased law enforcement is.

Not to mention that "Equal Justice under Law" is myth propagated by the fascist judicial system.

Well, I talked with Jon Gallagher (412-644-6627) today concerning the harrassment I have repeatedly received by kwc57 at the Politico Open Forum.

He equivocated that he "really couldn't do much about it" and I pointed out that I was put in jail for doing ALOT less that that troll has done. He confirmed he had investigated Westmoreland County's railroad job. I also reminded him of the 'pork' Rick Santorum had gotten for Mary Beth Buchanan to investigate "cyber crime. He did say he'd try to find 'someone' who could do something about it.

Just more evidence that Orwell knew what he was talking about when he said "some pigs are more equal than others".

And so did Huxley when he wrote "Brave New World" (I'm re-reading that)

He said he had received a call for the 'authorities' BEFORE these people visited...

Just called back US Marshall Jon Gallagher

He told me to call him if I experienced any "frustrations" on the internet.

I would say having your messages replying that the moderators shouldn't be bashing their own players deleted in REAL TIME on the "Official Pittsburgh Penguins Message Board" (and then being banned) would be pretty "frustrating".

He's said he'd look into it, but it would probably be a will before he got back to me.

Now, where did I put that ammonium nitrate???

Oh, the irony....

Well, it looks like the local "right-wing rag" (as governor Ed Rendell once refered to it) has weighed in(Mene) on the Cyril Wecht witchhunt and been found wanting (Parsin).

Today, they published a letter to the editor form a PROSCEUTION witness defending Judge Arthur J. Schwab's irrational decision to seat an anonymous jury. The letter even infers Wecht has connections to Mossad, The Israeli Intellegence service.(look it up for yourselves, Mr. Gallagher and Mr. Craig) I guess some "conspiracy theories" are more equal than others, hey, Judge Arthur J. Schwab????? Facist Pig.

I wonder how many Tribune-Review employees will be on this "anonymous" jury? (not to mention what sort of political kickbacks the Trib will get from Schwab and US District Attorney Mary Beth Buchanan)

Had some visitors this morning

Jon Gallagher of Greater Pittsburgh Task Force and Greg Craig of the FBI regarding the post I made here....

We chatted for about half an hour regarding the details that prompted the post. I described to them both the internet activity and the outlandish, unconstitutional ruling in Federal court that prompted the problem. I gave them quite a bit of information about both and also told them I had contacted the FBI previously about this incident back in 2004, before it became a federal case.

Mr. Gallagher, in regard to my reference to Judge Schwab as a "fascist pig", said in dealing him, he found him quite "regimented", to which I replied "so was the German Army". He didn't mention Debra Todd, at all. They gave me the spiel about how in a post 9/11 world, such statements have to be investigated seriously. I replied if law enforcement where as vilgilant in investigating SEVERE constitutional abuses by the judicial system (instead of just leaning on "absolute immunity" or dismissing them as "conspiracy theories") as they were investigating this incident, they'd have nothing to worry about.
