We chatted for about half an hour regarding the details that prompted the post. I described to them both the internet activity and the outlandish, unconstitutional ruling in Federal court that prompted the problem. I gave them quite a bit of information about both and also told them I had contacted the FBI previously about this incident back in 2004, before it became a federal case.

Mr. Gallagher, in regard to my reference to Judge Schwab as a "fascist pig", said in dealing him, he found him quite "regimented", to which I replied "so was the German Army". He didn't mention Debra Todd, at all. They gave me the spiel about how in a post 9/11 world, such statements have to be investigated seriously. I replied if law enforcement where as vilgilant in investigating SEVERE constitutional abuses by the judicial system (instead of just leaning on "absolute immunity" or dismissing them as "conspiracy theories") as they were investigating this incident, they'd have nothing to worry about.
