    also when you work out you gain weight cause your muscle get bigger, thats okay cause getting muscle and fat away is allot better then having all fat, also i would like you to know that you have gave me the strenth to stay on my diet and loos my weght thanks

    getting on track?  You will find the track increasingly difficult.  The body itself is the culprit.  it will say to itself, "Jeez! i am losing weight, I will turn down my metabolism thermostat."  (Thalamus?)
    A week later, you will notice you have gained weight.

    I look at the track and I hang my coat on it I have to pull myself together and start doing an hour a day perhaps when Orpah or Dr. Phil is on. I must, I must I must.
