    Hi,

I've been using AOL for years but just started using AOL games recently.

Why do the games crash so often?

Hearts frequently screws up and crashes.  I was well into a nice game with plenty of tabletalk with interesting players and it crashed and we were never able to meet up again.

I built up a nice amount on Video Poker and it crashed and took me back to the beginning amount.

In "Video Poker," what's money "in my wallet" and why isn't it explained anywhere?

    Any help would be appreciated.
