Clocks
It's getting close to the deadline for the Monday Photo Shoot and I was trying to think how I could buy some time...
Buying time, clocks -- get it? I just crack myself up! :-P
I had a day trip planned for this weekend, which would have included photos of a cool clock I had in mind for this photo shoot. Instead, I'm sitting at home feeling like I may have the flu ::sigh::
Looks like my clock shoot isn't going to happen (although I'd like to shoot my clock every weekday morning when the alarm goes off at 4:15am -- there I go cracking myself up again ::giggle::).
I've decided to post some photos I took in January. This first one might look familiar, this was one of the photos I provided Greg with to use in the Photographer Spotlight feature this month (Thanks again Greg :-)
I really like this shot, maybe because it was almost an accident -- I was initially taking a photo of the tree when I realized I could frame the clock in there too...
The building the clock tops is the City Hall in downtown Venice, Florida...

And this final shot has nothing to do with clocks, but I love the head-on shot of the City Hall and thought I'd add it to the series...

Buying time ... love it! I think my favorite in the series is the third, with the palm tree. Nice set of pics!
