For this week's Monday Photo Shoot Karen asks us to go into the next room and take some snapshots -- no cleaning or set up for the shots. All I can say is thankfully she didn't ask us to take photos of the room where I sit at my computer -- I would have had to clean or lie or both!

New Monday Photo Shoot #16: Grab your camera. Got it? Good. Now, go in the next room, and shoot whatever catches your eye, something you haven't previously posted pictures of (well, hardly ever!). Do not set the scene. Do not move or clean or rearrange. Play it as it lies. But yes, you're allowed to edit the result!

Luckily the "next room" is my living room -- you know, the room nobody uses that always stays nice and clean -- but still don't mind my dust.

Here's one corner of the living room. It's always been my favorite corner...

Next, this is Luigi, named after my real pet iguana who escaped, never to be seen again ...

Karen, you aren't the only one with a museum of the weird ...

And last but not least, these candle holders on top of my wall unit are my motto in life ...

  I love the iguana.  The rest of your house is great, but the iguana makes it special.
