Another Week Begins...
I told you yesterday I would tell u a funny medicine 
story. First let me kind of set things up. About a month or so ago I noticed that my pain was getting worse and worse. I was really swollen up. My knees, ankles, arms, wrists and if you aren’t aware of what swelling does for a person with arthritis it makes the pain excruciating. I was so bad that I couldn’t even walk. I literally was crawling around the house. I think it was one of the worst times I have ever had. I called the arthritis doc and got right in. He put me on a new diuretic medicine. The funny part about this medicine is that I have to plan my day around it. I normally take my husband to work and then pick him up every day. He works about 20 minutes from our house. I pee before we leave and then the minute we get there I run in and pee again. I normally come right home and run in the house to pee again. But, if it so happens that I have other things to do in my days I have to plan the day around bathrooms! I know where every McDonalds 
is in this town! (They seem to have the cleanest ones I have found!) And yesterday…at Walmart…I used their bathroom 3 times in the time that we were there. I have become a bathroom connoisseur! I love to drink water 
but the more water I drink the more times it makes me have to pee even more…its terrible! The problem is though…I know I need to take this medicine…boy, do I know it!
Bo (my husband) is the strangest man I have ever met in my life I think. He will only brush his teeth with regular Colgate 
toothpaste. Not the Colgate with whitening, or fluoride…but plain Colgate! Then on the subject of teeth…he will only use aRED toothbrush!! Not blue…not green…not red/white…. For Deodorant…he will use JUST Arrid 
X-tra Dry! And shampoo….he will only use a shampoo that is a clarifying shampoo…and it can NOT be fruity 
what so ever!! The fruity smells make him gag!! (I told you he was a strange one!)
The other night when Kyle came over he brought a couple packs of cigarettes for he and I to smoke while he was here visiting. He doesn't smoke in front of his parents so when he leaves here he leaves them for me. Anyway, he brought the brand I normally smoke (Marlboro Light 100's) and a pack of Camel Twista Lime. 
I have been wanting to buy a pack of these but was afraid I might not like them and wouldn't want to waste $5.00 on them. Anyway, we both lit one up on the back deck (I don't allow smoking in the house) and we both agreed that they were GREAT! It's too bad that they will only be sold for the summer and after that they will be discontinued. If you smoke and want to try something a bit different I think you will enjoy these. And they come in the coolest hard case also!
Well, I guess that’s all for now…kind of a boring day to say the least. I need to get going anyway to start dinner. I think I will make swiss steak with rice for dinner. I thought that sounded pretty good and not that hard! I hope everyone has a nice evening...

HMMMM....THOSE CIGS SOUND INTERESTING, I MIGHT HAVE TO BUY A PACK TO SEND TO CHRIS. HE PROBABLY WOULD LIKE SOMETHING DIFFERENT. MY MOM IS THE SAME WAY WITH THE BATHROOM. SHE HAS SIMILAR HEALTH PROBLEMS AS YOU DO, IT SEEMS. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR LOVING COMMENTS LEFT IN MY JOURNAL!

Wonder if you have poor circulatioin and that is why you swell. Met too if I drink water I pee and pee and pee. I love our new potties at walmart. YOu step way and they flush. The sinks spray water too with motion> I lvoe that. Lori
