Do You Know Someone Who Can Help Tom?

I hope that someone knows some official that can help this man. Please follow the link to Tom's journal and read about what's going on in his life. Talk about injustice....this takes the cake.

I tried to go there, but the entry had been deleted. It said:

I hate hearing things like that and it seems with this economy we are hearing more of it. If I were him, I'd take it to the newspapers, the local tv station, get an attorney ... make noise and LOTS of it. Unfortunately I don't know anyone who could help the situation.

Linda, I read his story; poor guy; I'm so clueless on things like that; I would have thought find a lawyer to see if there is a case here (which I think there is) or see if the papers/news would be interested in pursuing this injustice. I didn't leave a comment in his journal because I didn't know what to say to him; I feel for him and others that are treated this way; unfortunately I think we are going to see a lot of things like this happening with the way our economy is going
