Over here the other day we paid £1.08 for a litre of petrol, which is about the equivalent of $8.56 a gallon, give or take a few pennies.  It's outrageous and Diesel fuel is $9.28.  It makes you angry when you realize that most of it is Government taxation.  I don't think we'll ever see petrol below £1 a litre again.

This is sadly funny!  I came over by way of Kelli's journal.  I used to live in Portland, OR.  I miss the NW!

THATS IT!! REALLY SO TRUE!! GAS HAS GOTTEN REDICULOUS!!! CAN'T GO ANYWHERE ANYMORE!
WOULD GET ME A HORSE AND RIDE IT, BUT HAY AND OATS ARE TO HIGH TO FEED THE ANIMAL , BECAUSE GAS IS SO HIGH PRICED FOR THEM TO HAUL IT. MOM HAS 2 HORSES AND A DONKEY, I KNOW. YOU CAN'T AFFORD ANYTHING ANYMORE BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS SO HIGH PRICED BECAUSE IT TAKES GAS TO BRING IT TO US. PROBABLY NEED TO GIVE UP EVERYTHING THEN AND JUST START WALKIN WHERE I NEED TO GO ONLY. LOL.
    LOVE YA,
    LIZ IN VA.
