Feeling Quiet
A Bible minute
Mark 16:14 "Later Jesus appeared to the 11 as they were eating, he rebuked them for their lack of faith and their stubborn refusal to believe those who had seen him after he had risen".
Ouch, Lord, to be rebuked by you. I can see why you would have rebukded them; you told them so clearly what would happen
"I'll meet you in Galilee"
"I'm going to be crucified and I will rise again after 3 days"
You clearly laid it out and they refused to believe.
I need to be rebuked too at times as you clearly lay it out to me:
"I will be with you"
"I will meet your needs"
"I am more than enough"
"I will not abandon you"
"Lean on me, my yoke is light"
"I have come so you will have life abundantly"
"I am the Good Shepherd, I take care of my sheep"
"Greater is the one in you than the one in the world"
"I know you better than you know yourself"
"I knitted you together in your mother's womb"
"If I am for you, who can be against you?"
"I am your rock, your shield, your tower of strength"
"I love you"
"I love you so much I died for you"
"Nothing can separate the love I have for you"
"I am always with you"
Forgive me Lord, I need to be rebuked too! I need to remember your promises, I need to remember you keep your promises.
I love you Lord; you are so good to me!

"If I am for you, who can be against you?"
This is the one I keep reminding myself of especially when I am the one beating myself up....
