What a mess

There was a nest of Baby Carolina Wren's that I spotted late yesterday evening but it was so dark I decided to wait until this morning to get a picture of them. They were high in a place on our carport that the Robin's had a nest last year but alas early this morning they had flown and look what a mess they made LOL. I spotted one of the babies, I couldn't get close to it though. Poor baby was getting all wet for it's first flight out of the warm nest. 

We got a chance to go fishing yesterday evening and the wind was really high. We caught a few but didn't keep them. We usually find someone on the water that wants them but there wasn't anyone on the water close to us. Since I can't eat fish anymore Ken doesn't want to clean any just for himself.

    Helen, I really enjoyed reading your journal today.  I'd like to learn how to do one.  That way Katlyn and Hunter could look back on it as I get older or when the good Lord calls me home.  Maybe you can direct me.
