Hello,
    Retirement is great. It would be much more enjoyable if we had more money and gas wasn't close to $4 a gallon. So, in order to cope with things as they are, a few months back Helen and I got rid of our two vehicles and bought a new car. This car gets great gas mileage, has a good warranty and should be the last car we will ever have to buy. (Click here)
    It has been nice with no car payment, only one vehicle to insure, and only one small gas tank to keep filled. But, the problem is I started missing my truck. After hearing all my whinning and moaning last week my sweet wife agreed that I could get me a new truck.(Click here)

    I think I get it only I clicked on the second one first so was a little confused for a few moments.  But that is the littlest 'truck' I have about ever seen, but with today's gas prcies I can understand her thinking.  Gerry

    Too Cute!! I wish I could sell this to Doc...He wants to get a SUV - Jeep Wrangler. Albeit he has to transport musical equipment. I however worry about the high gas prices. The bigger the vehicle the more of a gas guzzler it is. (Hugs) Indigo

    OH that had me rolling! That was too funny Helen! LOLLLL! His new truck...lol, yeah right. Hey everyone is going to end up making concessions somehow or another with gas being as high as it is. Now vacations or long trips will be a thing that is few and far between. Have to save money just for that. I am saving my egg money now just to pay for the gas when we HOPEFULLY go to Florida in September. Hugs, Kelly
