Good morning everybody, I just noticed it has been a week since I made a post so I thought I would update a bit. We went in Ken's new truck (Click here) the other day got the makings of a low energy clothes dryer. I haven't used the regular dryer since.

Well this morning I was out hanging sheets and the dogs next door was having a barking fit. I looked to see what the problem was and there was a huge opossum running beside the fence. Patches probably never had seen one so she was just standing there looking on in amagement. When it was almost out of sight she finally started barking. Daisy was inside. Wherever I am you will find Patches. LOL. Sorry I didn't have my camera out there.

Here are a few more pictures of my flowers.

Have a blessed day everybody. Helen

Gorgeous blooms.  Nature in all her glory.  Thanks for posting as they cheer up one's day.  Flowers just have that wonderful capacity, and for me so do tomatoes, my favorite vegetable, those and corn on the cob!  I was curious as to how they could grow upside down, watered, too.  What huge gardens we used to raise and my dad absolutely hated my mother's Chinese garden plots.  He thought plants had the best chance in rows, and he was a very opinionated farmer!  Gerry

What a lovely varigated petunia!  Mama used to have a large patch of petunias on one side of the house.  They were every shade and variation you could imagine.

We had a temporary clothes line after Rita.  It is a nice way to dry the clothes when the weather is fair. -  Barbara
