From the Edge of Dementia

Ok, so I'm sitting here minding my own business and all of a sudden Ma comes down the steps, hands me a copy of Playboy then turns around and leaves.  Now I have long suspected that Ma is actually a frustrated lesbian (for a myriad of reasons), but this was a little strange. 

"Uh...Ma?"  I asked, wondering what, exactly, was going on. 

"That's the issue with Nancy Sinatra in it.  I told you I bought it when it came out.  I just came across it." 

I had assumed it was a more recent copy because it looked like it had just been plucked off of the newsstand.  But upon closer scrutiny, I discovered that it was the May 1995 issue.  And sure enough, there was Nancy Sinatra on the cover.  Boots and all.  

I decided to keep it.  It's already 11 years old and in pristine condition.  I need to stop at the comic shop the next time I'm out to get one of those plastic things that collectors keep their comic books in.  

What the hell.  You never know.

  OMG!!!!!  I was telling my son about Nancy Sinatra yesterday...  [Since we have a pair of her Dad's boots and other stuff]  [My adopted Dad was Frank's best friend] anyway!!!!!  Could you take a pic of that playboy and send it to me?
