Hearing House Noise

The Coffe Post

Apparently, I am the spawn of the Energizer Bunny.   He's still goin' and goin'.  Ma's in there with him right now.  I just wanted to grab some coffee and write a couple of words while I had the chance.

He seized up a few times over the night and I thought that was it but then his body would relax and he would start breathing again.  On one hand I'd be flooded with relief.  On the other hand, I'd sigh, lay my head back down, and wonder if I should take anohter anxiety pill.

My right knee is on fire.  It has something to do with sleeping on my right side --the way I'm sleeping in Pop's bed right now.

Anyway, folks, that's the update.  He's getting worse and worse and yet hanging in there at the same time.

So if you'll excuse me... I'm gonna grab my coffee and get back to my post.

Thank you for all your thoughts.

I think that you got that energizer gene from your Dad... My thoughts are with you, and I have to agree with you about the Morphine... even if he isn't in pain, why not, it can't hurt.

Waiting with everybody else. In response to your previous post, the morphine will at least have taken away any pain your dad may not have felt.

Its excruciating and awful the waiting and knowing its nearly the end ... I sat with my sister for 4 days and nights and I still remember that I couldn't breathe properly for days afterwards.  Hugs to you at this time.  Terry x
