Here are a some more detailed guidelines for the Photo Challenge. Remember, everyone...this is just for fun, but since we all seem to be more motivated when there's a prize or a ribbon or a "First Place" sticker involved, we'll be voting for our favorites--vote for the photo that you feel deserves to be honored.

Basic Guidelines for the Photo Challenge
New challenges will be posted on a Friday. Entry deadline is the following Friday. Voting will take place that weekend, ending on Sunday at midnight. Winners will be announced on Monday and will be posted on this journal for all to see and admire!
The dates of the current challenge will be posted along with the topic. For your vote to count, you need to send an email to Mariebm56@aol.com in the voting time period.
Simple, right?
So, to start things off right the Absolute First Photo Challenge information follows:
Topic: Beginnings
Deadline for entries: Friday, January 11th
Dates for voting: Saturday & Sunday, January 12th & 13th (before midnight)
Winning photos will be posted, along with links, by end of day Monday, January 14th.

Send your vote to me for now. Copy & paste the best Journal link, along with the name of journal & person if that is possible. We had such a great turn out for this challenge, that it would be impossible to put all these photos on this blog, anyway the whole idea of this is to visit new blogs, get exposure to our journals & photography. So I want to encourage everyone to visit & leave comments on all entries. The winner will be posted on this BLOG along with the link.
I will explain friday or saturday.

Can we have more info about voting?
Will all the photos be together on a page to choose from-or do we just go around and visit and pick from what we've seen.And where do we post our vote-or do we send it in an e-mail to ??????
