Boxer shows her colors

Barbara Boxer, looking like a disheveled unmade bed (an extreme makeover would do her nice or not), cross-examined Condoleeza Rice during Rice's confirmation. http://www.captainsquartersblog.com/mt/archives/003576.php Boxer is an embarrassment to the people she suppossedly represents - a limousine liberal to the fullest extent.  After you listen to people like Boxer, you can see why the Republicans should not try and move to the center like the Democrats want.  In fact, the war is not only with Iraq its with the left.  How much you want to bet, this diatribe of Boxer's will be played over and over in Europe.   You put Boxer up against Rice, and Boxer can't even hold a candle against Rice.  Is it no wonder Boxer and Kerry were the only two that voted against Rice's confirmation.  Maybe Boxer wants Barbara Lee as Secretary of State.  Let's all gather around the campfire with Boxer and Kerry and sing Kumbaya.  Can anyone even figure how Boxer even sees the world?  Its a theoretical world that only exists in her mind.

The inauguration is approaching, and the Democrats love to vociferate and decry the amount being spent on the event, but yet planned protests are scheduled throughout.  Do they think more security will not be required? especially in a time of terrorism?

Wasn't this the same woman who was in charge of national security during the biggest security failure in the history of our country?  Mrs. Rice gave more misleading statements and out and out lies than any other official in the administration regarding the war in Iraq.  Representative Waxman has a detailed report that cites all of her statements that are misleading (ties between Al Quadia and Iraq); the alleged shipments of Uranium from 'Africa' (an entire continent by the way); and then there are her lies, like the one that nobody knew that the CIA wanted that statement about Africa taken out (because it was based on forged documents).  In all, Mrs. Rice made 29 misleading statements in the run up to the war.  And she made more false statements--8--than any other offical.  You can read the report here: http://www.house.gov/reform/min/pdfs_108_2/pdfs_inves/pdf_admin_iraq_on_the_record_rep.pdf

And let's not forget this is the same woman who referred to a brief titled "Bin Laden Planning to Attack the United States" a historical document.

Tough questions come with the job.  We need people asking tough questions.  And I don't care what party these people are from.  I'm just as critical of the dems by the way.

She did look like crap didn't she damn it's called a straightener woman. It was good though that Rice did have to go through it cause it's not really an easy job.
