Hmm. Wonderful and exciting. Let's see. Three publishers called today to offer me a six figure advance for each of the Mâvarin books, and Robert Zemeckis wants to option Heirs of Mâvarin. Roy Disney managed to oust Michael Eisner, patched things up with Miramax and Pixar, and has recruited my husband to write books and films for Disney. (The darker subjects will go out as Miramax.) Sir Paul McCartney wants us to tour with him, so we can interview him for the ultimate Beatles discography. Someone found a major discrepancy in Ohio, and Kerry won the election after all. My dog Tuffy has decided that her people are much more important at any given moment than dog biscuits. My cold has mysteriously vanished. When I woke up this morning I discovered I could fly.
