February 24-April 13- lost 3 pounds. I know,I know..i havent updated since feb.23....been traveling alot.had to send my computer back to toshiba for two weeks...been very stressed and lazy about posting. I apologize to you and to myself.
Going to sleep now because I have to be at the gym at 6:30 am.
i'm not giving up. Starting to getting used to eating my 5-6 little meals a day.
Goal date is August 29.Metamorphosis Day. Let's see how much I can change physically.
I am definitely changing spiritually and emotionally.
February 17-23- lost 1 pound. This is getting on my nerves,but I'm not giving up. Got this week to work consistently before I go to LA on saturday to get ready for Indonesia. I think I'm staying at a hotel with a gym in it,so I should be okay.The food there will be a challenge,but I'm gonna stick to chicken,fish and vegetables.
February 10-16- no weight loss-been working out..doing the treadclimber at the gym for 45 minutes. Not eating junk,but not eating well. I don't have an appetite.
February 2-9 2 pounds lost. Total 12 pounds since Jan.11
I went to boot camp on Saturday,trained with one of my trainers this week.
I didn't train everyday. Been a little depressed. But I'm fighting through it.
Should do better by Saturday.

January 26- Feb.1- 0 pounds lost??? I messed up somewhere.
oh well..I joined the boot camp on saturday,so let's see what happens in this next week.
January 18-25- 7 pounds lost!!!!!!!
Total since Jan. 11- 10 pounds!!!!
Yeah!! I'm gonna do this y'all.
I start the boot camp next week,plus I am training on my own the other days of the week..teaching myself discipline,and to make the right food choices is my continued goal.
I will figure out the whole video thing soon.
I will reveal my starting weight in August!! Can't be that honest yet. Gotta keep something to myself.
The good part is that I am finally in control of myself. That's what I prayed to GOD for .

No matter what happens...
I gotta stay focused.

January 11-January 18,2008- 3 pounds lost
Hi peeps,
I haven't been able to upload the first video blog I made,but I am going to buy a digital video camera this week if I get some money from somewhere.
I have been in the gym 5 out of 7 days this week ,will try to step it up to 6 this week,which means I have to go today.
I decided my day off will be Saturday every week until August 11,2008.
I have been on the treadmill,the elliptical machine(my favorite) and I have been kick-boxing with my ex-boyfriend trainer from '96-'99.
I was just recently asked to do a bootcamp with my latest trainer Charles Harris (Chizelit!) and lifecoach Frances.
I am really excited about it because I really want to push this year.

Hi Peeps!
It's time for me to stop bullshitting and get on the stick!
So I am going to post a once a week video blog of my weight loss,spiritual journey.(probably on you tube or somewhere on my site)
My first goal is to lose as much as I can by August 11,2008.
Every Friday I will post a new blog...
Thats my first goal date..and on that day,I will treat myself to a beautiful sexy new outfit in a much smaller size!!!!

awww.damn!
The Metamorphosis has begun this time for real y'all..last entry MAY 25?? That is so sad.
I have less than 4 months to Blues Alley. I won't be at my goal weight by then,but I will be at least a third of the way.
So I started training again with my personal trainer Charles Harris of Chizel It! He has two locations now, one at Security Mall and a new one at Owings Mills Mall..
I'm also going to train with Kevin Deshields at Redbrook Health and Fitness in Owings Mills too..
My diet ,well..I'm still working on that ,but what I am doing is drinking only water with a little juice in it. No sodas at all ,diet or otherwise.
There's a young man at Giant Food who has lost so much weight just by walking and drinking water..but he said the key was that he does it EVERY DAY.
He cut way down on eating alot of junk and basically just drinks water...

I am going to treat myself to an Ipod so i will have no excuse. I gotta hit the pavement,and I have a nice treadmill and two gym memberships. Ain't no excuses for me...y'all will know I am just being triflin if I don't start melting....and you know what's so messed up??
I am craving a daggone Chicken cheesesteak right now as I write this!!

Feeling Anxious
Hearing feel the fire...
may 15..no weight loss yet
hey..havent lost a pound yet this week..today's the 15..well it's only been five days and i was in st.lucia the whole weekend..but i ate really well..ate mostly fruit..and drank a good amount of water..well..i just have to wait.
gonna go for my walk.

it's time...
Hey y'all..
I'm sitting here at home at 12:07 am,Thursday,May 10,2007.
I just came from The Giant Supermarket and I bought a freezer full of Smart Ones(tm) from Weight Watchers.
I am trying to get my ass in gear for my metamorphosis..dammit I was supposed to start in January after Blues Alley,then I got blindsided by work and man stuff,and I am just really focused TODAY..I started my two mile walk around my neighborhood on Monday..didn't do squat Tuesday and today,but I'm gonna get my hips up at 6am(less than 6 hours from now) and WALK WALK WALK....my mom is doing it with me,shes already lost 14 pounds in the last two weeks and she hasnt even started exercising yet.
