I know,I know..i havent updated since feb.23....been traveling alot.had to send my computer back to toshiba for two weeks...been very stressed and lazy about posting. I apologize to you and to myself.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" color=#000099 size=6&gt;Going to sleep now because I have to be at the gym at 6:30 am.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" color=#000099 size=6&gt;i'm not giving up. Starting to getting used to eating my 5-6 little meals a day.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" color=#000099 size=6&gt;Goal date is August 29.Metamorphosis Day. Let's see how much I can change physically.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" color=#000099 size=6&gt;I am definitely changing spiritually and emotionally.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" color=#000099 size=5&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;&lt;FONT color=#ff0000&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;U&gt;February 17-23&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;- lost 1 pound. This is getting on my nerves,but I'm not giving up. Got this week to work consistently before I go to LA on saturday to get ready for Indonesia. I think I'm staying at a hotel with a gym in it,so I should be okay.The food there will be a challenge,but I'm gonna stick to chicken,fish and vegetables.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" color=#000099 size=5&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT color=#ff0000&gt;February 10-16&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/U&gt;- no weight loss-been working out..doing the treadclimber at the gym for 45 minutes. Not eating junk,but not eating well. I don't have an appetite.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" color=#000099 size=5&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;FONT color=#ff0000&gt;February 2-9 &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;2 pounds lost. Total 12 pounds since Jan.11&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" color=#000099 size=6&gt;I went to boot camp on Saturday,trained with one of my trainers this week.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" color=#000099 size=6&gt;I didn't train everyday. Been a little depressed. But I'm fighting through it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" color=#000099 size=6&gt;Should do better by Saturday.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" color=#000099 size=6&gt;Maysa&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" color=#000099 size=5&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;FONT color=#ff0000&gt;January 26- Feb.1&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;- &lt;FONT size=7&gt;&lt;U&gt;0&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt; pounds lost??? I messed up somewhere.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" color=#000099 size=6&gt;oh well..I joined the boot camp on saturday,so let's see what happens in this next week.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" color=#000099 size=5&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;&lt;FONT color=#ff0000&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;U&gt;January 18-25&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;-&lt;/FONT&gt; &lt;FONT size=7&gt;7 &lt;/FONT&gt;pounds lost!!!!!!! &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" color=#000099 size=5&gt;Total since Jan. 11-&lt;FONT size=7&gt; 10 pounds!!!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" size=5&gt;Yeah!! I'm gonna do this y'all.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" size=5&gt;I start the boot camp next week,plus I am training on my own the other days of the week..teaching myself discipline,and to make the right food choices is my continued goal.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" size=5&gt;I will figure out the whole video thing soon.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" size=5&gt;I will reveal my starting weight in August!! Can't be that honest yet. Gotta keep something to myself.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" size=5&gt;The good part is that I am finally in control of myself. That's what I prayed to GOD for .&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="Comic Sans MS" size=4&gt;I have been on the treadmill,the elliptical machine(my favorite) and I have been kick-boxing with my ex-boyfriend trainer from '96-'99.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

<description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;The Metamorphosis has begun this time for real y'all..last entry MAY 25?? That is so sad.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;I have less than 4 months to Blues Alley. I won't be at my goal weight by then,but I will be at least a third of the way.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;So I started training again with my personal trainer Charles Harris of Chizel It! He has two locations now, one at Security Mall and a new one at Owings Mills Mall..&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;I'm also going to train with Kevin Deshields at Redbrook Health and Fitness in Owings Mills too..&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;My diet ,well..I'm still working on that ,but what I am doing is drinking only water with a little juice in it. No sodas at all ,diet or otherwise.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;There's a young man at Giant Food who has lost so much weight just by walking and drinking water..but he said the key was that he does it EVERY DAY.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;He cut way down on eating alot of junk and basically just drinks water...&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;Now my disclaimer here:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;Ask your doctor to check you out before you start any program.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;this is just what I am doing ,what I think I can stick to..so don't come cuss me out if something doesn't go right! LMAO..&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;I am going to treat myself to an Ipod so i will have no excuse. I gotta hit the pavement,and I have a nice treadmill and two gym memberships. Ain't no excuses for me...y'all will know I am just being triflin if I don't start melting....and you know what's so messed up??&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=6&gt;I am craving a daggone Chicken cheesesteak right now as I write this!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=5&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I'm sitting here at home at 12:07 am,Thursday,May 10,2007.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=5&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I just came from The Giant Supermarket and I bought a freezer full of Smart Ones(tm) from Weight Watchers.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size=5&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I am trying to get my ass in gear for my metamorphosis..dammit I was supposed to start in January after Blues Alley,then I got blindsided by work and man stuff,and I am just really focused TODAY..I started my two mile walk around my neighborhood on Monday..didn't do squat Tuesday and today,but I'm gonna get my hips up at 6am(less than 6 hours from now) and WALK WALK WALK....my mom is doing it with me,shes already lost 14 pounds in the last two weeks&amp;nbsp;and she hasnt even started exercising yet.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
