First Entry - To Explain "Shorts"
Well, here I am again with another public journal. This one will be a little different than before, in that it will contain ONLY my short stories, poems and Christian devotions/thoughts - not any of my own personal, day-to-day life kind of stuff.
The entries you will find over the next few weeks will probably be ones that you've already read, if you were a regular reader of my journal "Small Things." I'll be reposting my entries until I get everything in here that I wanted to, and then I'll make a post to sort of show the "dividing line" - where the new stuff begins.
I'm going to try and remember to put what type of entry I'm making in the Subject Line. "SS" for Short Story; "PM" for Poem; and "DEV" for Devotion (or my personal thoughts on Christian issues). That way if you don't want to read a particular type of entry, you'll know what's coming by the subject line.
Thanks to all of you who have expressed an interest in my keeping this type of journal. I had gotten discouraged in my writing and I really needed a kick in the behind to get me going again. I hope to get the "old" stuff in here pretty quickly so that I can start on the "new."
