A POETS POINT OF VIEW

Oh such beauty, oh such grace,

kindness, sweetness, on their face.

Would you like to swim with them?

Touch them, hold them, understand,

what they feel and sense and see,

when they swim past you and me?

God created them for us and filled their hearts

with love and trust.  We've been charged

to keep them safe, don't you think it's time.

                             CHANNEL SIDE - TAMPA

These are murals that are painted on the walls at Channel Side where the cruise ships dock and leave from.  I appreciate good art and I just had to get some digital shots of them.  Things change so fast in life these days one never knows what might be painted there the next time they make it down this way.  I hope you enjoy them.

  Those are beautiful paintings!  Really enjoyed the poem.  And Yes, I've often wished I could swim with them ever since I was a child and watched Flipper.  ;o)  Glad to know you are enjoying life, but want you to know you are missed in J-land.  -  Barbara
