Feeling Silly
Dear Elmo
Dear Elmo,
I have not been able to stop thinking about you since I saw the new you in that video. I asked Santa to bring me one of your dolls, but my hubby says I have too many toys so Santa won't be bringing me any more! I think that is just mean! I don't think it's possible to have too many toys! I'm going to need your help to persuade him since he's the one that wears the Santa suit. He always spoils me, so I'm hoping he'll give in like he usually does.
I just hope he doesn't wait until the very last minute like he did when I wanted a Pumbaa doll from the Lion King. That was so funny! I couldn't believe he waited until two days before Christmas and then almost had to wrestle a lady at the Disney Store for the last Pumbaa doll. I couldn't stop laughing when he told me how he and the lady were both looking for Pumbaas and when they saw the table with the dolls on it, they both started walking fast towards it and looking at each other, but fortunately he has long legs so he got to it seconds before the lady did. That was the last Pumbaa doll in the mall. Needless to say, she was not happy and was expecting him to do the "gentlemanly" thing and give it up. Fortunately for me, he told her that his wife wanted that doll and he was not going to give it up.
It was such a wonderful surprise to find Pumbaa under the Christmas tree, but an even bigger surprise was finding something gold and sparkly for my finger inside of Pumbaa's mouth, together with the two big bugs which are supposed to be Pumbaa's snacks. Too cute!

Awww that is so sweet!!! And I LOVE your graphics!! I bet you get Elmo and he'll have something sparkly in his hot little hand, just for you!! Hope so anyway :-)
