Page 123, after the fifth sentence:
It wasn't until she turned 30 and had her own children that she was able to forgive her mother and her sister. When Kathryn told me her story, I felt that she had really released her mom and sister from the vast array of offenses that had accumulated over the years. From what I could tell, her forgiveness was heartfelt. Yet, Kathryn sought my counsel because she was struggling with the mental and emotional anguish of having been the black sheep of the family.
