"Positive, Encouraging & Inspirational Messages"
Greetings Bible Enthusiast!
Even as a young person, I was drawn to the concept of
adoption. It always seemed to be such a wonderful
expression of generosity, compassion, and love.
Perhaps that is one of the many reasons I was drawn to my
husband when I first met him, as he and his brother were
adopted together at ages nine and seven. His parents gave
him life in a way his biological parents did not.
Just think, that God has honored us by choosing to adopt
us, through Christ, as sons and daughters. This makes
Jesus our brother as well as our Savior; through Him we
gain something greater than physical life, we gain
eternal life!
God Bless You!
Nicky

--TODAY'S DAILY NOT SO TRIVIAL TRIVIA QUESTION:
Q. To what does idle chatter lead?
Answer below.
--DAILY BIBLE VERSE:
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who
has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly
places in Christ,
just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world,
that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love,
having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to
Himself,
according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of
the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the
Beloved.
Ephesians 1:3-6
How humbling to realize that God chose us from the beginning;
providing a way for us to live "holy and blameless before Him
in love." It is God's will, all we need do is accept and obey.
