Is amazing how an emotion can reverse, a mood can swing and life can change in a matter of an instant.  Sometimes things change so swiftly, it takes a long time to catch up!

    LOL nope sometimes we never catch up to it in fact I think it goes even faster at times lol dont worry you are not alone  (smile)
