Last thursday, Aidan turned 4 months old. I'm counting by weeks. Cereal was the first milestone. He had his first rice cereal last wednesday. I don't think he was sure what to think of it; he's used to the breast or getting my milk from a bottle. On his 4-month birthday, he started to learn to turn over. He can't figure out how to fully do it, and he gets frustrated. Hey, it's only his first week doing it. He also started holding his head up on friday.

Chad made an observation one night recently as I was nursing Aidan. He remarked something to the effect of that he was anxious for Aidan's milestones, but he wished he could have our son exactly as he was at that moment. I agree.
