Petition

To The Honorable Jon Huntsman, Jr.; Members of the Utah State Senate and the Utah House of Representatives:

Whereas:  Specific members of the Farmers Insurance management team did willfully and knowingingly conspire to violate the civil rights of a group of individuals known as Latter-Day Saints (see attached).

Whereas: Said individuals from Farmers Insurance did  undermine and corrupt the   investigation into the aforementioned crimes.

Whereas: Farmers Insurance is currently being investigated for criminal harrassment, retaliation, bribery, intimidation and corruption under Federal RICO legislation.

We humbly petition for the following:

1. Open Public hearings into the matter.

2. Appropriate civil and criminal legislation to address the aforementioned matter.

3. That the group calling itself Mormons or "Latter-Day Saints" be added as a protected group in any current or future hate-crime legislation.

4. That state R.I.C.O. legislation be considered to prosecute any organization that willfully conspires to violate the Civil Rights of the citizens of the State of Utah.
