Drockton was fired for Retaliation.
A District Manager has to meet a percentage of his quotas for the two of the three contract years. If he doesn't, he is put on probation or fired.
Drockton blew out his quota requirements in the first 6 months he was in Utah, for the entire 1st year! He was profitable, recruiting, growing policies...what seems to be the problem?
He was Mormon! And the State Executive did not like ACTIVE members of the LDS Church....Plain and simple. He was fired for filing a discrimination complaint against Brian Braddock.

District Before Drockton
Note that in 2001, before Drockton, there was no recruitment going on and the District was losing policies. Drockton turned this around immediately.

District Analysis for Drockton
This District Analysis shows that Paul Drockton had a great impact on District 76-05, contrary to the lies and slander propagated by Brian Braddock and other company employees. What is most amazing is that Drockton trained and recruited 9 Reserve Agents in 6 months!!!!! He was only asked to recruit 7 for the whole year! He was on track to put on 18-20 Reserve Agents in 2002. More than double his quota!
