Subject: Retaliation/termination/settlement

Drockton said he "felt his life was in danger" after Farmers scared/bought off the other witnesses. He signed the settlement agreement to get away from the "Farmer's Mafia" and build his wife's business. This was before he had any knowledge of what Farmers had done to him financially/personally through Contact Management.

Subject: Farmers Witness Tampering

As these cancelled checks and invoices show. Farmers Insurance clearly appears involved in:

1. Witness Tampering

2. Bribery

3. Racketeering

4. Retaliation

5. Violating Federal Securities Laws

As far as we could tell, a lot of money was paid to Jill Beard and no services were provided. We estimate this could have been anywhere from $65,000-$100,000.

Brian Cohen, FFS president has since resigned from Farmers. FFS stands for Farmers Financial Solutions, Farmers Broker-Dealer (Securities Dealer).
