Matt Jones Petition

To the Mayor and City Council of Ogden,Utah, we petition for the following:

1. That Police Officer Matt Jones be immediately reinstated.

2. That City Council pass an Emergency Ordinance guaranteeing protection to non-political appointees from harrassment and retaliation for exercising their Constitutional Right to publicly dissent against those policies that they feel are harmfull and against their/ or the public's best interests.

3. That a formal and public apology be issued to Officer Jones by City Council for and in behalf of the City of Ogden.
