To the Honorable Members of the United States Congress and the Utah Legislature, and Governor:

We, the undersigned, are convinced of the following:

1. Farmers/Zurich Insurance and Chris Cannon (R)/Joe Cannon did willfully conspire to commit numerous criminal actions against Paul Drockton's business, reputation, financial status and ability to provide for his wife and six children.

2. That these criminal actions were retaliatory for Drockton's stand against Farmers Insurance for violating the civil rights of his LDS employees.

3. That Farmers did in fact donate what could amount to over hundreds of thousands of dollars to Chris Cannon's campaign for Congress in exchange for favors designed to destroy Drockton and his family.

4. That Joe Cannon has used his role as the head of the Utah Republican Party and Board position at the Deseret News to further injure and molest the Drocktons.

WE HUMBLY PETITION:

1. For hearings and investigations into the above matters.

2. That Chris Cannon be forced to resign his seat in Congress.

3. That Joseph Cannon be forced to resign from the Republican Party and Deseret News.

4. That Farmers/Zurich Insurance and the Cannons be prosecuted for these criminal actions to the fullest extent of the law.
