Feeling Chillin'
weekend assignment
I dare you to listen to this one and NOT get it stuck in your head!
The Beatles
Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da
Desmond has a barrow in the marketplace
Molly is the singer in a band
Desmond say to Molly, girl I like you face
And Molly says this as she takes him by the hand
Obladi, oblada,
Life goes on, bra
La la how the life goes on
Obladi, oblada
Life goes on, bra
La la how the life goes on
Desmond take a trolley to the jewelers store
Buys a twenty carat golden ring, (rin-ring)
Takes it back to Molly waiting at the door
And as he gives it to her she begins to sing (sin-sing)
Obladi, obla-a
Life goes on, bra
La la how the life goes on
Obladi, oblada
Life goes on, bra
La la how the life goes on
Yeah, In a couple of years they
have built a home sweet home
With a couple of kids running in the yard
of Desmond and Molly Jones
Happy ever after in the market place
Desmond lets the children lend a hand
Molly stays at home and does her pretty face
And in the evening she's a singer with the band
Obladi, oblada
Life goes on, bra
La la how the life goes on
Obladi, oblada
Life goes on, bra
La la how the life goes on
Happy ever after in the market place
Molly lets the children lend a hand
Desmond stays at home and does his pretty face
And in the evening she's a singer with the band
Obladi, oblada
Life goes on, bra
La la how the life goes on
Obladi, oblada
Life goes on, bra
La la how the life goes on
And if you want some fun
take Obladi blada

Now I'm cursing myself for not getting here earlier and reading whatever it was you wrote and then deleted.

O lordy you had to get me started! I just resad the part about a song stuck and the words started going... there she goes just awalking down the street singing..... I will hear this all day now! LOL

I have always like this song, but I think it has a hidden agenda! lol The part about Desmond making up his pretty face and calling him a her... makes me think these were two women.......or two transvestites. Not that it matters, but I can never JUST listen or sing a song, without getting all up into the lyrics! lol
I know.. I'm weird! lol

I agree with you, my children always came first. Clothes, shoes and whatever. Helen
